The Safe House Vault
The Safe House, as anchor vault operator, has a capacity of 340 million troy ounces of precious metals, being one of the highest capacity vault operators globally, capable of storing 30% of annual silver production as well as strategic quantities of rare industrial metals.
The Safe House also offers 10 private UL Class 2 vaults for lease to central banks, equity funds and banks, each capable to hold 2 billion USD worth of metals.
For ultra-high net worth individuals and family offices The Safe House offers 124 vault safes, each capable of holding between 300 kg to 1,000 kg of gold. A limited number of safe deposit boxes, 200kg to 16kg are also available.

The Reserve
The Reserve spans 180,000 square feet over six floors, centered around a 32-meter-tall vault that holds 320 million ounces of precious metals. The facility includes 15 UL-rated Class II gold vaults, redundant climate controls, and nitrogen fire systems for art and jewelry storage.
The fourth and fifth floors offer 12,500 safe deposit boxes, a watch atelier, lounges, and event spaces. The top floor, with 2,500 square feet of indoor space and an outdoor garden by "This Humid House," is ideal for private events, featuring a deck and water features.
