Important Notice: Discontinuation of American Express (Amex) Card Payments

Effective immediately, we no longer accept American Express for credit/debit card payments due to restrictions on certain investment products and related services imposed by American Express. Visa, Mastercard, and UnionPay payments remain unaffected.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU:

• Future payments using American Express credit card: Payments in the future must be made using Visa, Mastercard, or UnionPay only; American Express (Amex) cards will no longer be processed.
• Enrolled American Express credit card: If you have saved/enrolled an American Express (Amex) card for storage charges or recurring S.T.A.R. Grams AutoSave payments, these transactions will fail. Please update your saved/enrolled card to Visa, Mastercard, or UnionPay to ensure seamless processing.
