HOW DO I SELL PRECIOUS METALS BACK TO SILVER BULLION?

Silver Bullion has committed substantial resources in building a web-based service to facilitate the most efficient trading platform for buying precious metals in Singapore. Precious metals can be sold back through our website or in person at our MILLENIA WALK retail store.

SELLING S.T.A.R. STORAGE PARCELS (PRECIOUS METALS IN STORAGE)

THE STEPS:

Step 1

Visit our website at WWW.SILVERBULLION.COM.SG and Log-In with your Silver Bullion Account. 

Step 2

Click on the PRECIOUS METALS > SELL VIA S.T.A.R. STORAGE tab. You may also initiate the sellback of parcels from the MANAGE S.T.A.R. HOLDINGS page.

1_Sell_Storage

Step 3

Select the currency and bank account you wish to send the proceeds of your sellback to (Pro-Tip: For your security, you may only send proceeds of a sellback to a bank account that you have registered with us - Linked Bank Account). Then select the parcels you wish to sell and click REVIEW SELLBACK REQUEST.

Step 4

Review your sellback details, including the bank account details where the funds will be sent to and click SUBMIT to continue with your sellback. (Pro-Tip: Unused prepaid storage for the parcel being sold will be refunded back during this process and unpaid storage will be deducted from the proceeds).

Step 5

Your Sellback is now locked-in, and you will also receive a sellback confirmation in your registered e-mail or in your Secure Notification inbox in your Silver Bullion Account.

Your sellback request will be processed within 1-5 business days and you will receive a Sellback Completion notification from us that your sellback has been completed and that the funds have been wired to your Linked Bank Account.

SELLING PRECIOUS METALS AT THE MILLENIA WALK RETAIL STORE (LOCAL SELLBACK)

THE STEPS:

Step 1

Visit our website at WWW.SILVERBULLION.COM.SG and Log-In with your Silver Bullion Account. 

Step 2

Click on the PRECIOUS METALS > SELL AT OUR SHOP tab.

Step 3

Select the metal type, weight, and quantity of the precious metals you wish to sell.

Provide your contact details, including the bank account details where the funds will be sent to and click CONFIRM ORDER to continue with your sellback. (Pro-Tip: You may also choose cash payment or cheque payment)

Review your sellback details and click SUBMIT to confirm our sellback.

Step 6

Your Sellback is now locked-in, and you will also receive a sellback confirmation in your registered e-mail or in your Secure Notification inbox in your Silver Bullion Account.

You are required to deliver/hand over the items sold to us within one business day of the sellback to our MILLENIA WALK retail store.

Payment for your sellback will be issued once we receive and inspect the items.
